Who produces our content

Our guidance is written and reviewed by Ben Criddle, Founder, Fixr Systems. It is grounded in hands-on work building and running a tool that audits UK Google Business Profiles across Google and the major AI assistants. We attribute content to a named, accountable person — never a generic “team” byline.

What we are NOT (please don't confuse us)

  • Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Google or any AI assistant.
  • Not an agency, a rank-tracker built for SEO professionals, or a lead-generation service.
  • We cannotplace a business inside Google's results or inside an AI assistant. We audit a Google Business Profile and report, in plain English, what to fix. Anyone promising guaranteed placement in Google or ChatGPT is not describing us.
