Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MyBizRanked, a service operated by Fixr Systems Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them. Questions: ben@fixrsystems.com.

What MyBizRanked does

MyBizRanked analyses your public Google Business Profile and gives you a score plus recommendations to improve it. You can run a free audit, and create an account to unlock the full recommendations and a free trial of our premium features.

Not a guarantee of rankings

Your score reflects your profile’s strength and customer trust signals. It is not a guarantee of Google ranking, search position, leads, or revenue. Google’s ranking factors are outside our control and change over time. Our recommendations are guidance, not a promise of any particular result.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You’re responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 and using the service for a business.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service or its rate limits.
• Use it unlawfully, or to audit businesses you have no relation to in a way that breaches any law.
• Reverse-engineer or resell the service without our permission.

Free trial and plans

New accounts get a free trial of premium features. At launch the service is free; if we introduce paid plans, we’ll make the price and terms clear before you pay, and you can cancel any time. We may change features or pricing with reasonable notice.

Google data and trademarks

We use Google’s services in line with Google’s terms. Google, Google Maps, and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC. MyBizRanked is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

Service “as is”

We work hard to keep MyBizRanked accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
